Warranty Information
The trolley and charger are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing faults that occur during normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or commercial use, as outlined in the user manual.
Motocaddy batteries are covered by a separate manufacturer warranty and should be registered online using the official warranty registration process.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to products purchased in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland and intended for use within these regions.
If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact us directly or the original place of purchase so the matter can be resolved as quickly as possible. Proof of purchase will be required for all warranty claims, so please ensure it is retained.
Repairs and Support
If a fault is identified and a replacement part is required, it will be supplied with fitting guidance where appropriate.
If further repair is necessary, we will arrange collection, repair and return of the product. In the case of a trolley, this should be returned in its original packaging where possible.
If the issue is not covered under warranty, charges may apply for collection, administration, parts and labour.
Where a repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided at our discretion. Any repair or replacement carried out under warranty will remain covered only for the duration of the original warranty period.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect those rights. The warranty is non transferable.
