To book your trolley for repair, please use the online form below. You will need to make a few important selections to ensure we can assist you efficiently:

1. Pick-up Options: Choose whether you'd like your trolley picked up from your home address or if you'd prefer one of the other available options.
2. Required Information: Please fill in all details, including the model number of your trolley. Additionally, we will need both your battery along with the trolley for the repair if there intermitted cut out problem.
3. Upload Photos: If you are unsure of the model number or other details, you can upload a photo of your trolley using your mobile phone. This will help us identify it and proceed with the repair.

Repair Costs

• Standard Repair Rate: £75.00 per hour, plus parts and VAT.
• Standard Electric Trolley Service: £140.00, plus parts and VAT.
• Grass Hopper Buggy Service: £365.00, plus parts and VAT. Please note, there is a £1 per mile callout rate.

Quotations

We can provide a quotation based on the information you submit, including the make and model of your trolley, before we begin any work.

Repairs for Older Models

If your trolley is an older model, we may find that some parts are unavailable due to age or discontinued stock. If this is the case, we will advise you promptly. We can also offer a discount on a new Motocaddy Trolley or a refurbished electric trolley from our stock.

Warranty Information

For repairs to older models, we only provide a warranty for the specific part(s) that are repaired or replaced. For example, if we replace the motor, the motor will be covered by our warranty, but other parts are not. We will advise you if we believe other parts might fail in the future, but these won't be covered under the repair warranty.
