Important Information Please Read First

• If you would like to book your Trolley in for repair, then please use the online form below.
• There are a number of choices that you can make and it is important that you select the right ones.
• For instance whether you want trolley to be picked up from your home address or whether you wish to choose one of the other options.
• Please ensure you fill out all the details including model number of trolley, also we will need your battery and power supply with your trolley as well.
• If you're unsure, or you don't know the details you can always upload a photograph taken from your mobile, to the form, it will help us to identify it for you.
• Our standard repair rate is £75.00 per hour + parts & VAT. We are able to give customers quotations, based upon the information we received and of course the make or model of trolley prior to starting it.
• Our standard electric Trolley Service is £140.00 + parts & VAT.
• Grass Hopper Buggy Service is £263.00 + part & VAT (also note there is £1 per mile callout rate).
• If we believe that your trolley is uneconomical to repair, or that some of the parts are not available due to age, and or lack of parts from the manufacturer, we will advice you as soon as we can, importantly we will offer you a discount off any of new recommended  Motocaddy Trolley product, or our refurbished Electric Trolley product range we have in stock.
• When we carry out repairs, particularly on older models, we only warrantee the item that we fixed or replace, for instance if we replace the motor, that is the only part that we will warranty. It's not uncommon in older models that other parts may go wrong in the future as result of change. These will not be covered, we will advise you if we have concerns.
• All repairs must be paid for before picking up, or returned for delivery home or Bussiness addresses.
• Any repaired electric golf trolley WILL BE BE SOLD, if it is not picked up & paid for within 3 months of arriving for repair to recover our costs.
