Golf Trolley Repairs U.K. Ltd offers a dedicated collection and return repair service for golf professionals, pro shops, and golf clubs who wish to provide their members and customers with a convenient trolley repair facility.
This service allows the golf professional or golf club to book a customer’s trolley repair directly through the online form. Once submitted, we arrange collection from the club or professional shop, carry out the repair, and return the trolley back to the same location.
The service is designed to support the working relationship between the golf professional and their customers, giving the pro shop a simple way to help golfers when their electric trolley develops a fault. It can also provide an additional service opportunity for the golf professional, with flexible billing options available depending on how the club or pro shop wishes to manage the repair.
Repairs can be invoiced directly to the customer, or invoiced through the golf professional or golf club where preferred.
How The Booking Process Works
All you need to do to arrange a repair collection is complete the booking form below. We have tried to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible, with all available options clearly included within the form.
You can provide a description of the fault and, if you wish, upload photographs of the trolley to help our technicians assess the repair before collection. Photographs are not compulsory, but they can sometimes allow us to advise in advance if parts are no longer available due to the age of the trolley, or if the damage shown is unfortunately beyond economical repair.
Once the form has been completed, simply press the submit button and the booking is sent directly to our repair department.
The booking form allows you to confirm whether:
- The customer will be paying for the repair directly
- The golf professional or golf club will be handling the repair account themselves
- The repair should be invoiced through the golf club or professional shop at the discounted trade labour rate available
Once submitted, the system automatically generates a pre booked repair reference number for the trolley. Our collection team will then arrange collection from the golf club or professional shop, normally either the following day or within two working days wherever possible.
We have examined a number of repair collection systems used elsewhere within the industry and believe this method offers the simplest and most efficient solution for both golf professionals and golf clubs. Rather than waiting for telephone calls, chasing information, or dealing with unexpected trolley drop offs into the pro shop, the entire process becomes organised, traceable, and significantly faster for both the customer and the golf club staff.
