The Motocaddy S1 DHC Electric Golf Trolley is designed for golfers who want dependable performance with added control on hills and slopes. Downhill Control automatically regulates the trolley’s speed when descending, while the electronic parking brake helps hold it securely on uphill or downhill gradients.

This DHC model combines the straightforward controls and compact folding design of the popular Motocaddy S1 with DHC tyres for improved grip and stability. Choose either the Standard Lithium Battery for typical 18-hole rounds or the Ultra Lithium Battery for extended 27-to-36-hole capacity.

Warranty Information

The trolley and charger are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing faults that occur during normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or commercial use, as outlined in the user manual.

Motocaddy batteries are covered by a separate manufacturer warranty and should be registered online using the official warranty registration process.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to products purchased in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland and intended for use within these regions.

If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact us directly or the original place of purchase so the matter can be resolved as quickly as possible. Proof of purchase will be required for all warranty claims, so please ensure it is retained.

Repairs and Support

If a fault is identified and a replacement part is required, it will be supplied with fitting guidance where appropriate.

If further repair is necessary, we will arrange collection, repair and return of the product. In the case of a trolley, this should be returned in its original packaging where possible.

If the issue is not covered under warranty, charges may apply for collection, administration, parts and labour.

Where a repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided at our discretion. Any repair or replacement carried out under warranty will remain covered only for the duration of the original warranty period.

Additional Information

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect those rights. The warranty is non transferable.
