Dependant on your choices, whether pick up or drop off to the repair centre you will an receive emails with conformation.
If you selected one of the pickup options and return, you will receive a further email with these details which will include the Home option, the times and dates you’ve selected for pick up. (please note we will be able to pick it the next day).
If you have chosen to have your trolley picked up via your professional shop at your Golf Club, we’ll do the rest and contact the Golf-Club Pro asking if it’s ready to collected. So please ask your professional first before making the booking that this is okay!
If you have chosen to drop it off to our repair centre in Crowborough, please call us on 0845 1540804 just before leaving, so we are aware that you are coming.
